Welcome to DreamLikeAI. By accessing our platform, using ours Kiosks, or purchasing our services (including AI generation and merchandise), you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use of AI Services

Our platform allows you to generate images and music using Artificial Intelligence. By using this service, you agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent (Deepfake restrictions).
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit (NSFW), or violent.
• Attempt to bypass our safety filters or exploit the AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these rules without refund.

2. Intellectual Property & Rights

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• AI Generations: Subject to current laws, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content you generate for personal use.
• Commercial Use: Please contact us for commercial licensing if you intend to resell AI-generated assets directly (excluding T-shirts you buy from us).

3. Merchandise & Printing Services

We offer custom printing of your AI-generated art on T-shirts, mugs, and other items.

Refunds & Returns

Because each item is custom-made to order:

• No Refunds for "Change of Mind": Once an order is printed, it cannot be refunded.
• Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
• AI Artifacts: Please review your AI image carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for "weird AI hands" or glitches that were visible in the preview you approved.

4. AI Disclaimers

Accuracy: AI is an evolving technology. We do not guarantee that the generated results will be perfect or exactly match your prompt every time. Occasional distortions or unexpected results are part of the process.

No Liability: DreamLikeAI is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our generated content.

5. Credits & Payments

Our services operate on a credit system. Purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Promotional credits may expire if unused for 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the **Kingdom of Thailand**. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
