DreamLikeAI (Thailand) Company Limited ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Information We Collect

To provide our AI music, face-swap, and merchandise services, we collect the following types of data:

• Personal Identity Data: Name, email address, and social media profile information (when logging in via Facebook/Google).
• Biometric Data: Facial images uploaded by you for the specific purpose of generating AI face-swap content. We do not use this data for identification or surveillance.
• Transaction Data: Payment details (processed securely via Stripe), shipping addresses for merchandise orders, and purchase history.
• Usage Data: AI prompts, generated music/images, and interaction logs with our Kiosk/Web services.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following lawful purposes under the PDPA:

• Service Delivery: To generate AI content (faces, music) and fulfill merchandise orders (T-shirts, prints).
• Contractual Obligations: To process payments and deliver physical goods to your address.
• Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI models and user interface.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with Thai laws and regulations regarding digital services.

3. AI & Biometric Data Processing

Our core service involves AI-powered photo creation and face swapping. By uploading a photo, you explicitly consent to:

• The temporary processing of your facial features to map them onto AI-generated content.
• The storage of the generated result in your private gallery for a limited period.
• The transmission of your image data to AI processing services (OpenAI) for generation purposes only.

We do not sell your biometric data. Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted within 7 days of upload. Generated images are retained for 30 days unless you delete them sooner. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

4. Data Retention Periods

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Uploaded photos: Automatically purged after 7 days.
• Generated AI images: Automatically purged after 30 days.
• Generated AI music: Retained for 90 days (hosted by third-party provider).
• Order records: Retained for 1 year for warranty and legal purposes.
• Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
• Payment records: Retained as required by Thai tax law (5 years).

5. Third-Party Sharing

We work with trusted partners to deliver our services:

• AI Technology Providers: OpenAI (United States) for image generation and prompt processing. Your uploaded photos are sent to OpenAI's servers for processing and are subject to OpenAI's API data usage policy.
• Music Generation: Suno AI for music creation. Text prompts (no personal data) are sent for generation.
• Payment Processors: Stripe (secure global payment gateway) to handle credit card transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Analytics: We may use anonymized usage data to improve our services.

6. International Data Transfer

Your data may be transferred to servers outside of Thailand for AI processing:

• OpenAI servers: Located in the United States — used for image generation and face-swap processing.
• Suno AI servers: Located in the United States — used for music generation.
• Stripe: Global infrastructure for secure payment processing.

We ensure that these international transfers comply with PDPA standards for data security through contractual safeguards and the use of encrypted transmission protocols.

7. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your account and all associated data ("Right to be Forgotten"). This includes uploaded photos, generated content, and account information.
• Data Portability: Request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.
• Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Restrict Processing: Request that we limit processing of your data.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

AI-generated content created using our service:

• Generated images and music are for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial license is obtained.
• You retain rights to photos you upload. We claim no ownership over your original content.
• Template scenes and prompts are the intellectual property of DreamLikeAI.
• Some AI-generated content may resemble existing works. Users are responsible for ensuring their use does not infringe third-party copyrights.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian uploads a child's photo for a family portrait service, the parent/guardian is considered the data subject and must consent on the child's behalf.

10. Security

We implement strict security measures, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
• Access controls and authentication for all systems.
• Automatic data purging per our retention schedule.
• Secure file storage with restricted access.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
